Paolo Toselli is an Italian ufologist. He was one of the founding members of CISU (an Italian UFO group) and has written a book in 1996 about FBI files relating to UFOs - in addition to a book about urban legends.

During April 2008, Paolo Toselli uploaded an updated edition of his international database of "UFO Theses and Dissertations" (containing 135 items) onto the EuroUFO website.

At that point, he indicated that he was planning to release "an enlarged edition with abstracts and links to available theses on the net".  He invited any additions, corrections or suggestions.
