Koi UFO Video 098 : Nazi Alien Autopsy (Outpost 31)

[DEBUNKED] Koi UFO Video 098 was originally posted online in 2011 with the title "Alien Autopsy best evidence ever! 2012 *MUST SEE*". The video appears to show the autopsy of an alien, with an internal organ that looks remarkably like bubble wrap.  (The "alien" also appears to be wearing false nails...).

This video was posted on UFO forums with a description claiming that it was "apparently shot at the Antarctic Nazi base during sometime in 1947".

In fact, as detailed below, this video was uploaded by some aspiring film makers that were seeking to produce their own (apparently rather low budget) movie entitled "Outpost 31".  That planned movie was originally billed as a "remake" of John Carpenter's excellent "The Thing" (although later trailers changed the description to state that "Outpost 31" was inspired by John Carpenters' "The Thing").  The young film makers ("Dave 'n' Adam", i.e. David Robinson and Adam Clarke of "DRAC Productions") are based in Cardiff (in Wales) and have an interest in science fiction, with some of their other videos including a "remake" of "Back to the Future".

This hoax/advertisement was far less successful than many other "alien autopsy" videos and photographs, possibly because the close resemblance of an internal organ to bubble wrap was, well, a bit of a red flag to most viewers...

The relevant "Alien Autopsy" was originally uploaded to Youtube by someone using the user name "Popartwales".

"Popartwales" had a user profile on Youtube which indicated that this user profile was used by "Dave 'n' Adam". That page also gave a link to their website. That website belonged to Dave Robinson and Adam Clarke - pictured below (with Dave Robinson on the left and Adam Clarke on the right):

Their website gave details of their film projects.  One of the most prominent of the film projects on Dave and Adam's website was "Outpost 31":

"Outpost #31

Antarctica in the winter of 2012

A research team are commissioned to gather scientific data of unusual seismic activities within the heart of Antarctica.  After discovering the remains of an underground base deep within Antarctica, they soon discover that some things from the past should just be left alone and as a 65 year old secret re-emerges, an ancient war of good versus evil begins once again.  Ten men must band together to save not only themselves but the entire human race from extinction, but who can they trust?  In the most desolate place on earth, during the worst week of winter, the antarctic cold isn't the only thing that they fear.

What they fear most unimaginable... What they fear most... is among them.

From the creators of Dave 'n' Adam's Day Off, DRAC Productions brings you this instant cult classic, Outpost 31"

In short, they were producing a horror film based in Antartica about a threat that emerged in 1947.

They even posted various other trailers for that movie on Youtube using the same user name (popartwales), including:

So, they were hardly hiding the link between their "alien autopsy" footage and their movie.

Their Facebook page gives a bit more detail about Dave and Adam:
